Born and raised in New Zealand, I moved to Canada as a young adult and spent many beautiful years there completing school then launching into various travels abroad.  After giving up the travel bug I returned to New Zealand and set upon a career and starting a family. 

Having been in private practice since 2008, clinical experience and professional development has taken me from standard evidence-based healthcare to complementary medicine and interesting points in between.

I've learned that all of them have value and there is no 'one-size-fits-all' approach. My style blends knowledge and experience from years in practice with a number of different therapeutic disciplines, techniques and healing arts.
